CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE REMEMBER “IT IS CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED “

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment time.

If you calling after-hours, please leave a detailed message with your name, address and time frame of your service appointment

If an service was booked on the same day, the minimum cancellation time is 4 hours before the appointment time, the cost of the service  call is $95+HST will be charged if the appointment was not cancelled as per our policy

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
